Registration for the 2025/2026 rugby season
We invite you to register for the 2025-2026 Rugby Season with Wassenaar Warriors.
How to register?
All members, both returning and new, must complete the online registration form. Please follow the instruction below.
1. Choose your membership type
Existing Member (already registered through TeamSnap last season)
- Log in to your child’s TeamSnap account.
- Use the official registration link for registration for the 2025/2026 season.
New to the Club
- Sign up for a TeamSnap account at Teamsnap.com.
- After creating a TeamSnap account, stay logged in and click on this registration link to sign up for the 2025/2026 season.
2. Fees – What you pay
The annual membership fees include both club and Rugby Nederland dues. The full fee (season 2025/2026) is listed below by age group / team:

| Minis | € 220,00 |
| Cubs | € 232,00 |
| Juniors | € 237,00 |
| Colts | € 258,00 |
| Touch rugby | € 85,00 (students 50,00) |
3. Payment instructions
Once you’ve submitted the registration form, make a single bank transfer to:
- Account Name: Wassenaar Warriors International Rugby Club
- IBAN: NL55 ABNA 0470 4115 46
- BIC: ABNANL2A
- Bank Account Number: 470411546
Include your child’s name and team (e.g. “Minis”) in the payment reference.
Make a single payment per player.
4. Confirmation & match eligibility
Payments must be processed before your child receives their Bondscard and can participate in training or matches.
No payment = no participation.
5. Late starters
Register after January 1? You’ll receive a 50% discount on the fees for that season.
