Who are we?

Wassenaar Warriors International Rugby Club is a youth rugby club based in Wassenaar, The Netherlands. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 58326995.

What personal data do we collect?

We collect the data of our members and their responsible parties, for the purpose of our membership administration. You provide this data to us directly when you register a member with our association.

What do we use personal data for?

We use this personal data to administer members with our association.

With whom do we share your data?

We share membership data with Rugby Nederland.

Where is your personal data stored?

We use TeamSnap for personal data storage, an organization based outside the EU (in Colorado, USA).

How is your personal data secured?

How long do we keep your personal data?

Your personal data registered in our membership records is used during a current rugby season. When the rugby season ends, the information is removed from our records.

Who can access your data?

Within our club, only individuals with specific roles have access to our members' personal information. Only those who actually actively need to process your data are allowed to access your data.

Your rights as an individual

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides you with a set of rights. These rights include the right to be informed where personal data are collected, the right to access and the right to rectification of your data if and when it is inaccurate. Also, under specific circumstances mentioned in the GDPR, you may request erasure of your personal data or restrict the processing of it.
