End of Season event and barbecue on June 17
We look back on a great rugby season and would like to close it with all members on 17 June 2023 in Wassenaar. All children and parents are welcome on this day from 9.00 – 14.00h for some rugby, speeches from the coaches, award ceremonies for the kids and some good food.
The kitshop will be present, should you need new Warriors gear.
Programme:
- 9.30 – 11.00 Open training
- 11.00 – 11.30 Award Ceremony (per team)
- 11.30 – 13.30 Barbecue and fun
- 12.00 – 12.15 Speech by our chairman Rob Mayfield
- 12.15 – 13.30 Touch rugby for all
Barbecue: registration closed
Again this year, we will organise a barbeque for our members, which will be hosted by a group of club volunteers.
Update on June 12: Registration for the Barbecue is closed.
Start barbecue (food being served): 12.00
End barbecue: 13.30
You can pick up and pay for your ticket between 9.30 – 10.30 at the event.
Costs barbecue:
- Child (younger than 10 years): 10 euro
- Adult: 15 euro
- Vegetarian: 12,50 euro
The meal includes meat or vegetarian food (depends on what is ordered in advance), bread and salad. Food will be prepared for you on the barbecue by our volunteers.
