BSN Turvens made a great start to 2018 with excellent displays away at Voorburg and again this weekend at home hosting Rotterdam, Hague and Voorburg.   The results speak for themselves with 10 wins from 12 matches, including fantastic teamwork with every BSN player getting on the score sheet at Voorburg.  At home there was brilliant…

In sub zero conditions BSN Turvens took to the field to host Voorburg, Hague, and for the first time this season, Rotterdam.  In the battle of rugby skills (and the battle of attrition against the cold!), BSN did themselves proud with five wins and one loss.  

Thirteen BSN Turvens made the trip to Delft for the Bonsadag matches against Amstelveen, Delft and Voorburg.  In blustery conditions, the team showed their increased confidence: shipping the ball across the line with ease and picking out the support runners to break through the opposition’s defense….

The BSN Turvens were in great form for the second home fixture of the season, recording 5 wins, a draw and 2 losses against visiting teams from Voorburg  and the Hague.  Outstanding performance from Luke with 11 trys in 3 matches, and Noah, Shepherd, Zachary and Sammy all scored their first try of the season. 

Returning from the half term break, the BSN Turvens were in action against Voorburg and Hague at Te Werve.  The team of 9 players put in a demon performance coming away with two wins from the three matches.

Authentic autumnal test match rugby conditions greeted the twelve BSN Turvens (plus mascot Sammy!) who made the first visit of the season to DIOK Leiden RC.  The hard work on the training pitch is really paying off as BSN ran in 24 trys in the 3 matches…..

BSN Turvens fielded two teams for the first time this season as they hosted quality opposition from HRC and Delft.  BSN put in a huge amount of work, with no subs available, and everyone who watched will agree they left nothing in the locker in terms of effort and determination……

Balmy autumn sunshine greeted the BSN Turvens as Voorburg hosted at Te Werve.  Mats, Noah and Zachary made their debuts for BSN, and Max returned to the squad following the classic sofa-cartwheel-collarbone injury at the start of the summer holidays!

In damp conditions at HRC, the BSN Turvens took to the field for the first time this year.  Seven players from last season were joined by Axel, Henry, Joseph & Shepherd, who made their debut for BSN.
